Welcome
The First Baltic School on Application of Neutron and Synchrotron Radiation in Solid State Physics and Material Science will be held in Riga, Latvia, from Monday, October 1 till Thursday, October 4, 2012.
The purpose of the school will be primarily addressed to graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and for scientists who are new to the field of utilization of major neutron and x-ray facilities.
The participation of more experienced users of these facilities and scientific discussion among experienced users and young scientists will be important components of the school.
